RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it's supposed to, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair.

You are entitled to a return or exchange if:

  • The item has a major fault.

  • It is not as described or shown.

  • It is not fit for the intended purpose.

We are not required to offer a refund if you simply change your mind, but we always aim to provide the best customer experience. Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 14 days if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

  • You can provide proof of purchase.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility (unless the issue was our fault).
